As part of the Textile Solutions Group, we combine the dynamism of a mid-sized team with the reach of a global network spanning more than 65 countries.

Your Responsibilities

Independent handling of national and international customer orders from order receipt through delivery and invoicing, including maintaining order and customer data in the ERP system
Project-related order processing: project setup, costing, and monitoring of the approval process
Preparation of shipping and export documents (e.g. export accompanying documents, certificates of origin, commercial invoices) in compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations
Review and preparation of non-preferential and preferential proofs of origin
Interface management between customers, freight forwarders, customs authorities, and internal departments
Optimization of transport costs through quote comparisons
Handling of returned goods in compliance with import regulations
Support in processing letter-of-credit orders and preparation of spare parts quotations
