With around 60 employees at our Mengerskirchen site, SETEX develops electronics, sensor, and software solutions that help textiles be produced worldwide in a more energy-efficient, resource-conserving way and to top quality. As part of the Textile Solutions Group, we combine the agility of a mid-sized team with the reach of a global network spanning more than 65 countries.

Your Responsibilities

• Contributing to modern software solutions in an international team
• Supporting the entire software lifecycle – from the design phase through implementation and testing to installation at the customer and ongoing support
• Taking on responsibility in exciting, hands-on projects
• Personal guidance from your mentor, including regular feedback sessions
• Working with current programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, C++ and more
• Using modern frameworks for Microsoft Windows and the web
• Local and cloud-based network technologies (on-premise, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
• Large and small databases (MS SQL, SQLite, …)

What You Bring

• General or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification (Abitur/Fachhochschulreife)
• Math and physics come easily to you, and your grades show it
• Enthusiasm for IT and software development, plus first experience through internships or hobbies
• You enjoy learning new things and are highly motivated
• Very good German and good English skills
