Service contract
For all customers we recommend to sign a service contract. Scope of the contract is the maintenance of the OrgaTEX software modules as well as the support of the users during the operation of the SETEX system.

Maintenance, Hotline, Update, Service
The software maintenance includes the continuous improvement of the programs as well as the provision of service packs. Maintained will be the latest available version of the OrgaTEX software modules.

Support
Support includes receiving information from the help and support desk via phone, facsimile or e-mail as well as the “remote support” via modem, Internet or ISDN. A personalized account in the download area of the web site will be created where the customer with a service contract can download actual available software versions and documentations. Additionally you will receive information about new software products.

Annual maintenance and inspection on site
The maintenance and inspection on site covers the assessment of the actual condition, the evaluation of diagnostic data, software update to the current version, backup of the installed OrgaTEX components, a function test and briefing of the staff on new software features.

Spare part service for SETEX control systems
In case of a defect or during a preventive inspection SETEX will provide one or more controller for the time of the repair/inspection.
