Jürgen Jerzembeck, Head of Marketing SETEX, spoke about the energy management system, which is part of the SETEX OrgaTEX MES program. The synergistic effect between OrgaTEX, SECOM controllers, sensors and intelligent conceptual design concerning energy management helps to reduce the carbon footprint of dye houses.
After energy flow evaluation and assessment, the consuming machines and devices will be integrated for data collection and analysis. With this intelligent concept it is possible to:
