 Weft straightener VarioFLEX
| | The automatic SETEX weft straightener VarioFLEX can be used to straighten woven and knitted products.
A SECOM controller with touch screen can be found in a swivel mounted case at the side of the weft straightener. Alternatively the operation unit can also be mounted into the inlet bridge of the stenter or dryer. As an option, manual controls for the operation of the weft straightener can be provided.

The adjustment of the diagonal and bow rollers takes place via servo drives.
The version for “woven fabric” comes with driven bow rollers, fabric tension control and spreader in front of the inlet. As an option a spreader in front of the sensor heads is available. The bow rollers are powered by frequency controlled 3-phase motors.
The control of the fabric tension works pneumatically and can variable be adjusted.
