The control unit of the weft straightener consists of an industrial PC with touch screen and a PLC of the Compact family. Via a BUS interface two additional measuring bridges (at the inlet and the outlet ) with 2 – 8 sensing heads can be connected. The integrated Fuzzy-Logic ensures an extremely fast correction of the fabric distortion.
If the control unit is connected to the production and performance management software OrgaTEX or to the internet then it will be possible to remotely access the unit for diagnosis and service.
