“Fabric Inspector” measurement systems are designed for stationary or mobile use, together with a PC or Laptop, and guarantee a quick and accurate measurement and monitoring of thread/mesh density.
Field of application
“Fabric Inspector” measurement systems are used in the laboratory e.g. for checking incoming goods and for the quality control:
For various textiles the count of weft and warp threads as well as the mesh density is determined in the laboratory and checked after the production.
The measurement results can be stored and printed. The settings that are used for the measurements in the laboratory can also be used for the CamCOUNT system on the production system.
Visualization
After measuring the weft/mesh density with the “Fabric Inspector” the further operation, visualization and monitoring takes place by using the “TEXview” software on the connected computer (PC or Laptop).
