The supervision and control of the drying and thermo fixation process in the area of textile finishing is an essential instrument to reduce costs and to control the quality. Depending on the fabric temperature the SECOM controller automatically adjusts the fabric speed on a stenter frame in order to achieve the optimum (fastest) speed possible. This improves the machine utilization which gives you a faster amortization of your investment.
Logging of the temperature profile and presetting the dwell time make it possible to reach the correct temperature and the optimum fabric speed during the thermo fixation process.
