Program editor
The editor for continuous machines is used to create and manage preparation sets for a larger number of article specific machine settings; for various finishing machines
Batch scheduler
In connection with the batch scheduler every batch will get the correct machine settings assigned which will then be transferred automatically to the SECOM controller or via an optional interface to a third party controller. The electronic planning board provides support for an efficient and economical operation of all continuous machines. The compliance with production and delivery dated will be monitored and missed deadlines will be prominently displayed.

Online status
The centralized supervision of the connected machines is done via the online status. It will show the actual preparation set data, set and actual values, alarms etc. Additionally all configured process pictures can be selected. The update of the displayed machine values and states is done online.
Process analyzer
The process analyzer is the ideal tool to optimize processes or to find the real reasons for quality problems. The automatic logging of all process data allows for a continuous control. Very important for the quality control are the observance of fabric width, fabric weight, temperatures, set times, shrinkage etc.

Batch-/machine report
For every batch and every machine data of consumptions, costs, times, alarms, deviations etc. will be recorded automatically.

Production calendar
Via an integrated production calendar and report generators the system provides a flexible evaluation of daily, weekly or monthly production figures.

OrgaTEX provides special programs for the system administrator for service and maintenance.

Configuration
Via the configuration programs the following settings will be defined:
  • Machine specific settings like entering the connected machines and their machine groups
  • User specific settings like the creation of user menus and specification of the access rights
  • System specific settings like the setup of the OrgaTEX program manager, selection of the language, adaptation of date and time settings


Backup
The backup program allows to save the programs (preparation sets), customer specific documents and machine data.
