Seam Detector SD100 |

Sensor for the seam detection

|
The seam detector SD100 has been developed for all conventional dye machines and is used to find the seam during sample or unloading. This can save valuable operator time. The sensor will be mounted on the outside of the dye machine.
Based on the GMR effect (GMR = Giant Magneto Resistance) the seam detector uses a magnet sensor that ensures a secure detection of the seam regardless of the fabric speed.

| The magnet, sewed into the seam, will be securely detected at any state of movement – even if the fabric stands still. As soon as the sensor has detected a seam, the separate seam detector interface unit SDI100 converts the measurement signal of the sensor into a relay output, switched on for 2 seconds.
