Recipe management
Recipes are in the center of the dye process. Therefore a fast and efficient administration of all the necessary things like base recipes, products etc. is essential.
The user-friendly recipe editor is used to compose the chemicals and dyestuff for the dye process. A prominent feature is to link the recipe to the dye program or certain machine settings. This combines the two elements that actually make out the dyeing or finishing process.
Marking the preparations for manual or automatic dispensing is important and can be easily achieved. This ensures the correct sequence especially in conjunction with an automatic dye kitchen.

| | During the scheduling Process a batch recipe will be created very uncomplicated and flexible by the scheduler software. The quantities for chemicals, auxiliaries and dyes will be calculated depending on variable parameters. At the same time a dye program, to control the process via the SECOM controller, is created. If a chemical dosing system is connected (optional) the related preparation data is created as well and stored in a database for later calls.
Stock management
Using the related management programs the creation of base and consumption data for dyes and chemicals can be made. In combination with the optional stock control program various, free configurable reports for the different tasks are available.

In combination with the optional CDC module base data for the correct dissolving process of the dyes can be edited and managed. For the dissolving stations that are equipped with SECOM controllers the creation of dissolving programs takes place fully automatically.
