The dye program is an important part of your process related know-how in the dye house. With this editor you get a flexible tool to describe in a simple and fast way even the most complex dye programs. Variable parameter considerable reduces the number of dye programs for the various articles. Batch Overlapping and Look Ahead functionality allow for time-wise optimized dye programs especially in conjunction with automatic dye kitchen.

Batch scheduler
The online batch scheduler is an optimal tool to reduce the daily routine work in a dye house office to a minimum. An electronic planning board is available that is constantly showing the actual status of the batches. By using drag and drop the batches can easily be moved between the machines. Part of our concept of a modern dye house is the paperless preparation and addition process – from the scaling station up to the automatic dosing system.

With the help of the process analyzers actual running or already finished batches can be evaluated. The analyzer is the ideal tool to optimize processes and to find real reasons for quality problems.

Via the online status the central supervision of the connected dye machines takes place: Display of the actual batch date like program number, step number, function, status, temperature, alarms, user interventions etc. are possible. Also necessary manual interventions can be made from here.

For every batch and every machine various data like information about consumptions, costs, times, alarms, deviations etc, will be recorded.

Via an integrated production calendar and report generators the system provides a flexible evaluation of daily, weekly or monthly production figures.

Configuration
Via the configuration programs the following settings will be defined:
- Machine specific settings like entering the connected machines and their machine groups
- User specific settings like the creation of user menus and specification of the access rights
- System specific settings like the setup of the OrgaTEX program manager, selection of the language, adaptation of date and time settings
Backup
The backup program allows to save the dye programs, customer specific documents and machine data.
