The central dye kitchen control (CDC) acts as central module for dosing systems in a dye house that are connected to the central machine management software OrgaTEX.
The number and kind of dosing systems within the overall CDC system is variable. The dosing system could be created from modular parts or dosing stations that are fitted each with a SECOM controller.

| Up to now the central module has been laid out to handle the following systems:
- Dosing system for liquid chemicals
- Dosing system for powder
- Dissolving station for dye
- Fully automatic dye weighing and dissolving with an integrated handling system and an interim storage for dyes.
General functions
- Common user interface for display and operation of all dosing stations
- Utilization control for orders that need to be processed by several dosing stations
- Priority assignment to influence the process sequence of the preparations.
- Automatic preference of additions
- Simplified dye programs and recipes by using only one call function and the possibility of mixed preparations
- Support of mixed preparations and “Look-ahead”
- Use of the OrgaTEX standard interface which allows manual calls from OrgaTEX
- Dosing for not connected machines
Chemical dosing stations
- Comfortable functions for the manual withdrawal of chemicals and to create manual orders without recipe
- Dosing history display of the processed calls and the dispensed products
- Evaluation of the dispensed quantities with checking against configurable tolerances
- Locking different system parts like for instance a product tank during errors, maintenance or repair work while the other system parts work normally to dispense all the other products
- Signaling of error conditions on the dye machine
Dye dissolving station functions
- Flexible, automatic generation of dissolving programs based on the product quantity and from parameters of the production recipe
- Automatic selection of the most suitable dissolving station based on the dissolving quantity with stations of different sizes
- Transfer of the dissolving parameter to handle the dissolving process on the station like dissolving time, temperatures and exact calculation of necessary water quantity
- Transfer of auxiliaries quantities for dissolving stations with automatic addition of acetic acid to dissolve dyes
