The single user system OrgaTEX basic is the entrance to the centralized creation of dye programs and for online monitoring of the SECOM dye machine controllers.
The creation and administration of various complex dye programs on a PC in the office is a lot easier and certainly more efficient. For reoccurring processes like washing, bleaching, soaping, after treatments etc. treatments can be created which can be composed to form dye processes. This will automatically produce a set of standardized procedures that will optimize the dyeing process and enhance the reproduction.
| |  | The supervision of running and historical batches can easily be achieved with OrgaTEXbasic. Process data will be collected and will be logged so that it is available on the PC in various images that can be used for supervision and control. Additionally interventions to the running processes can be performed from here like stopping certain functions or changing parameters
