Developed for all discontinuous processes in the textile finishing field SECOM controllers are used on a variety of dye machines.
Based on Windows CE.NET all SECOM controllers are, thanks to the fan-less design, maintenance free and by using state of the art parts the ideal choice for a continuous operation in a tough industrial environment. Depending on the complexity of yarn, piece and other kind of dye machines the combination with the modular PLC concept allows for a performance and cost effective adaptation to all kind of dye machines.
Extensive functions to control the processes and numerous options for data acquisition, recording and reporting leave nothing to be desired. An optional user management and a clearly structured process visualization round off the user interface of this perfected program controller.
All controllers can be operated as standalone units or within a Windows network. Via the standard Ethernet interface the controllers can be connected to the central production and performance management software package OrgaTEX as well as to ERP and centralized dye kitchen systems.

Thanks to extensive use of parallel processing and intelligent functionality like Look ahead and Batch Overlapping dye machine can run even more effective by using this family of controllers. Even very sophisticated automation tasks can be realized without problems. Complex machines can easily and directly be operated by using the integrated touch screen. Depending on the field of application the suitable screen size can be chosen. Screens with 5.7“, 8.4“ and 10.4“ are available.
